Ideal Home Care was founded in 2004 by Sherry Boatman and Tricia Marsh, both Registered Nurses, as a provider of home health nursing, therapy and personal care services. In June 2004 Ideal Home Care opened its first office in Ardmore Oklahoma and has since expanded to include four offices in Southeastern Oklahoma located in Ardmore, Kingston, McAlester, and Healdton. Ideal Home Care was built and continues to grow on the foundation of two primary goals. These goals are the standard by which all company decisions are made.
The goals are:
- To provide the best home health care possible to our patients.
- Create the best workplace available to our employees. The goals have allowed Ideal Home Care to grow from a single office with two employees, both owners, to four offices with approximately ninety employees. We believe these two guiding principles will guarantee the continued growth and success of the company and its employees.
